Personalized canvases are made just for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. You see and approve your design before we print, so please check spelling, dates and photos carefully.
Our mistake
If what you receive does not match the design you approved, we reprint it free of charge.
Damaged in shipping
Email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the canvas, the box from all sides and the shipping label. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.
Non-personalized items
Can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. A 20% restocking fee applies, or 30% if we provide the return label. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
