How does the preview work?
On every personalized product you type your text or upload a photo, and the picture on the page updates to show your design. Before you can pay, you confirm that you checked it and approve it.
What if I made a typo?
Email us right away at info@canvasdelivery.com. If we haven’t printed yet, we’ll fix it for free. Once printed, a personalized canvas can’t be changed, which is why we ask you to approve the preview first.
What sizes do you offer?
Single canvases from 8×10 up to 40×60 inches, rolled or ready to hang. Collages come in several layouts for 2 to 9 photos.
What photo quality do I need?
A phone photo is usually fine for sizes up to 16×20. For larger sizes, use the original full-size file rather than a screenshot or a photo sent through a messaging app.
Do you ship outside the US?
No. Lower 48 US states only.
